In the mountain villages of Abruzzo, arrosticini have been cooked the same way for centuries. Tiny cuts of lamb threaded on wooden skewers, cooked over long narrow channels of glowing charcoal. No marinades. No fuss. Just fire, salt, and lamb.

The method is simple but unforgiving — without the right grill, the heat is wrong, the cooking is uneven, and the experience is lost. That’s why the grill matters.
