Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases made through arrosticrats.co.uk, operated by Arrosticrats (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are a UK resident, and that the details you provide are accurate and complete.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will pay.

Accepted payment methods: We accept payment via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account — you can pay by debit or credit card through the PayPal checkout. Full payment is taken at the time of order.

There are no hidden fees. The total shown at checkout — including any delivery charges — is the amount you will be charged.

UK delivery only. We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international addresses at this time.

Timescales: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from dispatch. Fresh and frozen products (arrosticini skewers) are dispatched on specific days to ensure quality on arrival — you will be notified of your dispatch date by email.

Frozen products: Arrosticini skewers are sent frozen. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We cannot be responsible for products that spoil due to failed delivery attempts.

Free delivery is available on orders over £150. A delivery charge will be shown at checkout for orders below this threshold.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (extreme weather, postal disruptions, etc.).

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing orders@arrosticrats.co.uk. We cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

Non-perishable items (Fornacella BBQ): You have the right to return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Perishable food items (arrosticini skewers): Due to the perishable nature of frozen food products, we are unable to accept returns unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. If this is the case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return or approving a claim.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in appearance (particularly for food products) are natural and do not constitute grounds for return. If you believe a product is materially different from how it was described, please contact us.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
