About This Product
Made for the ritual of arrosticini
Made from aged mutton these are a true regional delicacy from the Abruzzo region of Italy, arrosticini are a small skewer (or spiedino), which has a rich shepherding history.
We have taken a fully traditional approach and use only aged mutton which gives the deep rich flavour experiences that make Arrosticini so special.
Hand prepared and tested thoroughly, tough job but someone has to do it, on our Abruzzese friends, these are a true delight that will soon become your firm favourite.
Each traditionally prepared skewer or Spiedino has around 8 to 10 x 1cm cubed morsels of mutton. Vacuum packed and ready to cook when you are.
